Disc spring washers

Disc spring washers are also known as Belleville spring washers. Disc spring washers are washers designed for bolt and screw connections. It is used for the connection of medium or high strength bolts and screws. The high support load and elastic recovery make disc spring washers very effective, and the bolt tension can withstand relaxation due to wear, creep, relaxation, thermal expansion, contraction, or compression of seals.

It can effectively replace ordinary spring washers, but it is not suitable for use as a lock washer, flat washer combination. Disc spring washers are disc springs that can be joined or stacked. The combination of the alignment method can increase the deformation of the disc spring group, and the combination of the overlapping method can increase the spring force of the disc spring group. The ideal installation is to flatten as much as possible, the closer to flattening, the faster the tension torque increases, and the proper bolt pull can be obtained without the need for a torque wrench.
