Socket Convex End Set Screw

A set screw (headless screw) is a kind of screw specially used to fix the relative position of the machine, and the role is equivalent to the positioning pin. It is a full screw rod, which is connected to each other through two holes, and the two ends are tightened and fixed with a wire cap.

When in use, screw the set screw into the screw hole of the part to be fixed, and press the end of the screw on the surface of the other part, even if the previous part is fixed on the latter part. Slotted and hexagon set screws are used on machine returns where the nail head is not allowed to be exposed, and square set screws are used on parts where the nail head is allowed to be exposed.

Socket Convex End Set Screw is a type of fastener, which is commonly used in the machinery industry, furniture, textile machinery, aviation, railway, building decoration, chemical and communication equipment and other fields. Convex end set bolts typically have high strength and stability, making them suitable for a wide range of high loads and vibration environments.
